Polenta can be served as a hot porridge, or it can be allowed to cool and solidify into a loaf that can be baked, fried, or grilled.
Directions
1. Bring the water to a boil 2. Add the polenta and stir for a few minutes to avoid any lumps. 3. Cook for around 5-10 minutes over a low heat, stirring often until it starts to thicken. 4. Serve when desired texture is reached.
