This plain flour is gluten free and makes gorgeous light pastry, and is good to thicken sauces.  Use it to thicken soups and stews, and as an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. The flour is so easy to use, add baking powder to make fabulous cakes. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics, coeliacs and lactose intolerants.
