Rice pudding recipes vary greatly. Typically, half a cup of rice per person is poured into a large baking dish and covered with equal parts of whole milk and evaporated milk. Add sugar to taste together with nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Bake at 150°C for around 2 hours, removing and stirring twice during the first hour.
