Red rice is probably the most nutritious rice variety to eat - this is mainly becuase it contains antioxidants called anthocyanins, but also because it has a much higher fibre content than other types of rice.
Rinse thoroughly until the rinse water is clear before cooking. Add 1 part rice to 3 parts water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for approximately 25-35 minutes until the water is absorbed.
